Program Overview

Are you frustrated with the "undisciplined youth" or "stubborn old man?" It’s time to learn how to avoid these labels and the trap of judging generations based on your generational or personal expectations.  Join the ‘Success In A Multi-Generational Workplace’ discussion and find common ground, minimize conflict, and capitalize on the opportunities.

This seminar will provide attendees with an understanding of generational expectations and their potential impact on the workplace. We will define the generations, debunk the myths, and delve into generational expectations and preferences in the areas of Communication, Engagement, Work-life Flexibility, and Professional Development.

Seminar Objective: At the end of this course each student will understand generational expectations, their potential impact on the changing workplace, and have the ability to influence generational behavior in a positive manner.
