PMI Dayton / Miami Valley Ohio Chapter Proposed Changes 2022 Bylaws

At this time, the PMI Dayton/Miami Valley Chapter bylaws are approved by PMI.  However, to complete the process all Dayton Chapter members are being asked to review and approve the bylaws so that they can be ratified.

2022 PMI Dayton / Miami Valley Ohio Bylaws

Summary of the Changes Made:

1. Adjusted the number of Board Members from 10 to 7 (referenced in Section 1).  The following positions have been removed due to the current needs of the Board -
   1. VP of Certification (all certifications are conducted via Authorized Training Partners)
   2. VP of Volunteers (adjusted from Vice President level to a Director level role as needed)
   3. VP of Membership (adjusted from Vice President level to a Director level role as needed)
2. Removed the sections describing the three Board positions that were removed (Certification, Volunteers, and Membership)
