PMP/CAPM Certification Exam Review Course – Spring 2016

Do you want to take the PMP or CAPM certification exam? If so, we recommend all PMP/CAPM applicants take advantage of the excellent PMP Exam Prep Course offered by the PMI Dayton/Miami Valley Chapter. 

DESCRIPTION:

This PMP/CAPM certification test prep course concentrates on exam content from the new guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK),5th Edition. The course provides the required 35 hours of accredited class room training taught by certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs®.) The class uses detailed presentation materials, study aids, and practice quizzes, and our instructors provide up-to-date tips, tricks, and techniques. The course prepares students to pass the exam when augmented with additional outside study.

DATES:

The 35 hours of class time will be taught over five Saturdays. Class dates are 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23 and 4/30 

COST:

The fee for this course is only $698 for PMI Dayton Chapter members and $850 for non-members. When compared to commercial providers, you will find that the chapter’s fee is less than half the going rate and there are no travel or lodging expenses. The course fee provides each student with the following:

•        Tuition for 5 full days of training
•        Copy of PMBOK® Fifth Edition
•        Study Aids
•        Free Parking
•        Food (Lunch and an afternoon snack)

PREREQUISITES:

No formal prerequisites exist; however, we do suggest that you become a member of the Dayton/Miami Valley Ohio Chapter. Infomation for joining the chapter can be found on the chapter website - www.daytonpmi.org

LOCATION:

All classes are held at Kettering Government Center, 3600 Shroyer Rd. Kettering, Ohio

TIME:

8:00am to 4:00pm each Saturday, with 7 hours of training, two 15 minute breaks and 60 minutes for lunch.
