The Dayton / Miami Valley Chapter is dedicated to creating, promoting and sustaining the profession of Project Management to its members, the professional community, and the general public.
One way of achieving this goal is by providing educational opportunities that assist our members in achieving and maintaining their credentials.
See below ways to help you find information on the various credentials offered by PMI®, helpful information regarding the exam process and information on Professional Development Units (PDUs) and the reporting of PDUs.
Each PMI professional designation has varying educational and practical experience requirements that must be accepted by PMI before the candidate can sit for a certification exam. Candidates must pass the exam before certification can be granted.
Ways to earn PDUs include:
- Attend PMI Dayton Ohio or regional events and chapter meetings
- Volunteer with the local PMI Dayton chapter
- Visit projectmanagement.com. PMI members may attend webinars at no additional cost.
- Take professional development courses at PMI.org
- Listen to podcasts such as PMI Projectified, AI Today, and The Shift Code™
Need exam prep help? PMI.org can help. Once a PDU is earned, login and report them here.
