Keynote Speakers:

Friday Morning & Afternoon Keynote Speaker: David Crone

David Crone has been performing on stage for more than 30 years. A former corporate executive, David left the comforts of the corner office for a rugged life on the road when his busy performance schedule no longer allowed him to "do both".

His unique perspective on office life, incredible ventriloquism skills, and cast of crazy characters combine to create a program like no other.

From pure comedy entertainment, to highly customized serious messages on leadership, service, and living life on purpose, David leaves the audience ready to take on their next big challenge with renewed energy, and best of all, joy and laughter.

Everything he does is driven by his personal mission statement: Making the world a better place, one laugh at a time.

Saturday Morning Keynote Speaker: Ricardo Palomares

That is what I want to share with you… how I achieve the “Impossible”.

I want to share how I went from having nothing to becoming an international keynote speaker, author, explorer, filmmaker, and photographer.

How I went from being broke and homeless to walking the famous Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage, and from being in bed with a back injury to leading a team cycling 14,000 miles from Alaska to Argentina.

My goal is to show you how to bet on yourself, achieve the “Impossible”, and become a powerful leader.

Saturday Afternoon Keynote Speaker: Tom Crea

Tom Crea is a leadership expert, decorated career Army Officer, and Blackhawk Helicopter pilot.  He is an accomplished author and engaging speaker who shares actionable insights in a way that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats.

Because of his proven leadership development skills, he was hand selected to run the ROTC leadership development program at two colleges, where he and his team transformed college students into Army Leaders.

Over the years, Tom has directed his leadership development skills to the private sector. His frontline, real world, “in the trenches” experience working with all levels of military, civilian, and contract staff enable him to turn diverse, often conflicted staff into focused, mission oriented team members who accomplish more, faster, and with less resistance.
