Keynote Speakers Bios --

Friday Morning Keynote: The Silent Killer of Project Management Effectiveness - Brad Brezinski

Brad founded S2A in 2014 with a simple mission: Develop 10 Percenters! A concept based on the fact that fewer than 10% of people say they understand their company’s strategy and its connection to their daily work. Through his workshops, seminars and strategy coaching, Brad chips away at the divide from both sides by helping the C-suite set a clear, concise and compelling strategic direction, while helping project managers make sense of the company's strategy in an actionable way. Prior to founding S2A, Brad served as the chief financial officer and vice president of corporate strategy for a defense and aerospace contract manufacturing firm. There he managed the firm’s $100M+ project portfolio and successfully turned around the company’s performance on complex Department of Defense projects.

John is a serial entrepreneur that created his first business when he was in 7th grade, John’s Woodshop selling maple cutting boards and hardwood products to Cracker Barrel stores.  Upon graduation from High School he enlisted into the United States Army spending the next 22 years serving within Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard units.  He retired highly decorated as an E-8 First Sergeant from the 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Alan Mallory is an international speaker, author and professional development coach who is passionate about leadership and human performance. A graduate from Queen's University, he has worked internationally with large organizations as a professional engineer and project manager. Living and working abroad has given Alan the opportunity to deepen his understanding of individual and team challenges, better appreciate cultural diversity and successfully adapt to different organizational structures. The two-month expedition to the top of the world’s highest peak is a journey filled with unparalleled physical and mental challenges through some of the most extreme conditions imaginable. Alan Mallory took on the challenge and set a world record when he, along with three members of his immediate family, reached the summit of Everest.
